This coffee is sourced from the Chelchele washing station in the famed Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. Chelchele carefully tracks every lot through its production process with a unique identification number which allows the experts on staff to deliver a considerable amount of information to each coffee’s producer. Coffee is dried for approximately 18 days to get the final product to a moisture content of 11% before being prepared for export.

Hands down the best coffee I've ever had. Not just this specific bean, but anything roasted by Happy Cat. The coffee is always fresh, roasted perfectly, and always delicious. There's always grwat descriptions of the regions and cupping notes. I feel the coffee tastes better when you know a little about it. You won't regret buying this coffee.

Best Cold Brew

This by far is the best cold brew I have ever made! And the best cold brew starts with the best beans! This flavor is crisp and sweet. I can't gush enough about the coffee I get from here! And you aren't buying coffee from a company, but a person. Someone who appreciates me as much as he appreciates the beans he roasts. I make my cold brew with a medium grind, medium roast in a Toddy for 24 hours.
