Monsooned Malabar (India)
Important: At the moment all coffee is sold as whole bean. By purchasing whole bean, you are helping this coffee to retain its flavor and aroma for an enjoyable experience. It's recommended to grind coffee just before brewing.
Monsoon Malabar coffee is prepared from Arabica cherries (“cherry” refers to dry-processed coffees in India). After grading, coffee is transported to the coastal city of Mangalore where the “monsooning” is carried out in large open-walled warehouses.
